Terms and conditions
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling with BrightMindz.
1. Enrolment
• The minimum enrolment period at BrightMindz is one full term (usually 9–10 weeks).
• One Time Enrolment Fee of $100 for new enrolments.
• New applicants will receive an Expression of Interest (EOI) Form, which must be completed before enrolment is confirmed.
• A student’s place is secured only after payment is received by the due date.
• Re-enrolment for existing students occurs upon payment of the next term’s fee via auto debit.
• A minimum of four weeks’ notice is required for any schedule changes for the upcoming term.
2. Term Fees & Payments
• Fees are charged per term and include printed learning materials.
• All payments are taken as an auto (direct debit)
• Fees are inclusive of GST.
• Fees may be reviewed periodically, and parents will be notified prior to any fee changes for future terms.
3. Change of Mind
• Once enrolment is confirmed and fees are paid, fees are non-refundable.
• Parents are encouraged to ensure they are fully committed before enrolling for the term.
4. Holidays, Travel & Planned Absences
• If your child will be travelling or unavailable during a term, we recommend not enrolling for that term.
• Once the term fee is paid, the student’s place is reserved for the entire term.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for missed lessons due to travel or planned absences.
5. Student Absences
• Regular attendance is important for consistent progress.
• In unavoidable situations (such as illness or school commitments), a catch-up session may be arranged to review missed concepts.
• Absences must be notified at least 12 hours in advance where possible.
• Only one catch-up session per subject per term may be provided.
• Missed lessons cannot be carried forward to future terms.
6.Class Cancellations
• If a lesson is cancelled by BrightMindz due to teacher absence or unforeseen circumstances, a replacement class or catch-up session will be arranged. No refunds will be made if the class is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. Learning Materials
• Printed learning materials are provided as part of the program.
• Replacement charges may apply for lost or damaged items:
– Reading Material/Bags: $20 per copy
It is the Parent’s responsibility to ensure all required books are brought to the centre for each lesson
8. Student Conduct
• Students are expected to behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.
• BrightMindz reserves the right to suspend or discontinue enrolment if behaviour significantly disrupts the learning environment.
9. Student Pick-Up Policy
• Parents/guardians are requested to pick up students promptly at the end of each lesson.
• BrightMindz provides supervision only during scheduled class times.
• Repeated late pick-ups may require additional supervision arrangements or review of the student’s enrollment.
10. Photo & Media Consent
• From time to time, photos or short videos may be taken during classes for internal records or promotional purposes (such as newsletters, websites, or social media).
• Parents who do not wish their child to appear in photographs or media should notify BrightMindz in writing.
11. Liability
• BrightMindz takes reasonable care to ensure student safety during lessons.
• However, the brightmindz is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the centre.
12. Agreement
By enrolling at BrightMindz, parents acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Enrolment & Re-Enrolment
Minimum engagement at BrightMindz Academy is one full term.
New Applicants:
- Upon confirming your interest, you will receive an Expression of Interest. Please complete and return it promptly.
- An invoice will be issued once the form is Payment by the due date is required to secure your child’s place.
Re-Enrolment for Existing Students:
- A minimum of 4 weeks’ notice is required for schedule changes for the next
- Re-enrolment continues automatically each term through timely payment of the next
term’s invoice.
2. Term Fees & Payment
- Fees are charged per
- All fees must be paid by the due date.
- A late fee of $50 applies to any invoice paid after the due date.

- A 5% discount applies either for:
-Enrolment in a second subject, OR
-Sibling enrolment (applies to the second child only). - Fees may change at any time without prior

3. Change of Mind
All fees paid are non-refundable. Please ensure your decision to enrol is final before making payment.
4. Holidays, Overseas Travel & Planned Absences
- If you plan to travel or be absent during the term, please do NOT enrol for that
- Once the term fee is paid, your child’s place is reserved for the entire
- No refund or credit will be issued for missed lessons due to holidays or planned
5. Absences – Health or School Commitments
- Regular attendance is encouraged for continuity of
- In unavoidable circumstances (e.g., illness or school camp), we will assist the student with a catch-up session.
- Catch-up sessions:
-Are meant only for revising missed concepts (not full replacement lessons).
