Dr Neetu R. Kapoor holds a Post-Doctorate in Biotechnology from the International Centre for Genetic Engineering & Biotechnology and has worked closely with leading scientists in India and Japan in the field of cancer research. Her work has been published in several respected international science journals.
Alongside her research career, Dr Kapoor has authored textbooks in Botany, Biotechnology, and competitive exam preparation, and has mentored numerous M.Sc. and PhD students.
As the Director of BrightMindz for over a decade, she has been the guiding force behind its growth. Her approach focuses on personalised attention, strong foundations, and a nurturing learning environment, helping students build confidence and achieve both academic and personal goals.
Rohit Kapoor holds a Master’s degree in Chemistry and an MBA from Delhi University, combining strong academic knowledge with nearly 20 years of global leadership experience. He has held senior roles at organisations such as Dassault Systèmes (France), Goldman Sachs (Japan), and Mitsubishi Corporation (Japan).
Deeply passionate about education, Rohit has taught at leading universities worldwide and brings valuable industry insight into curriculum design. At BrightMindz, he leads Secondary and High School programs, including Selective School Preparation.
His guidance has supported students in gaining entry to leading schools such as Melbourne High, Mac. Robertson Girls’ High, Suzanne Cory, Melbourne Grammar, and Haileybury. Rohit’s structured, result-focused approach helps students prepare confidently for competitive academic pathways.
